The Palladium is a residential luxury condominium project to be developed by Megaworld Corporation at Iloilo Business Park in Iloilo City, Philippines. It is already the fifth residential building project launched by the developer in the city and the third condominium projected to complete at Iloilo Business Park. It is projected to be the tallest residential condominium in Western Visayas. As of the current, it is largely considered as the most luxurious condominium in the region in terms of the offered amenities and security, and as suggested by its units' price range. Units of The Palladium is currently preselling under Iloilo Business Park Marketing Division. It is a 22-storey condominium (including floors for lofts) with 482 units including 109 studios, 148 executive studios, 146 single bedroom (2 are loft units), 75 double bedroom (10 are loft units) and 4 three-bedroom loft units. The ground floor includes a lobby and retail shops. There two floors for parking: the underground parking and second floor. The third floor is mainly the amenity area with some residential units.
